Summer Camp Payment Policy
Academic Advantage Tutoring Services
Camp Cost:
$40 per individual session
or
$75 for a K-1 BUNDLE (Fun & Phonics, plus Story Explorers K-1)
A $20 non-refundable deposit per camp session is required at the time of registration.
Final Payment:
Remaining balance is due seven (7) days before the scheduled camp.
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in loss of reserved spots.
Refund Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before a camp session will receive a refund of any additional payments made, minus the deposit.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the session. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or missed days.
